Use of Service

You can sign up with an email address and password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users' experience, or use WAVE for any unlawful purpose.

User-Generated Content & Conduct

WAVE allows users to post reviews, ratings, comments, and other content. You are solely responsible for any content you post. By using WAVE, you agree to the following rules:

• No objectionable content. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited and will be removed.
• No harassment or abuse. You may not bully, harass, intimidate, stalk, or threaten other users. Abusive behavior will result in immediate account suspension or termination.
• No spam or manipulation. You may not post spam, misleading content, or use automated means to generate content or interact with the service.
• No impersonation. You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• No illegal content. You may not post content that violates any applicable law or regulation, or infringes on the rights of others.

Reporting & Blocking

WAVE provides tools to help you manage your experience. You can report objectionable content or abusive users by tapping the three-dot menu on any post, rating, or user profile and selecting “Report.” You can block users from the same menu to prevent them from viewing your content or interacting with you. All reports are reviewed by our team, and we will take appropriate action including content removal and account suspension or termination.

Content Moderation & Enforcement

WAVE reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Repeated violations will result in permanent removal from the platform.

Your Data

We store your profile information and activity (ratings, reviews, follows) on our servers to provide the service. You can delete your data at any time from your profile settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on WAVE. By posting content, you grant WAVE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the service. Album artwork, artist names, and other music metadata are provided by third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WAVE after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
